You don’t have to do it all alone.
No. The €499 fee is a one-time placement fee that includes everything — our personal consultation, the matching process, and 3 VA candidates selected from our database. Once you choose your VA, you pay them directly for their work. There are no hidden fees, no ongoing commissions, and no extra costs with us.
You pay your Virtual Assistant directly for their work — we’re not an agency, and we don’t take a percentage. This means you build a direct, long-term working relationship with your assistant from day one. You and your VA sign your own agreement that outlines the terms of your collaboration, while we simply facilitate the match and make sure the process runs smoothly.
Our assistants typically start at €8/hour, increasing to around €10/hour after gaining 3+ months of experience. Each VA sets their own rate based on their skills and background. Once you decide to work together, you and your VA agree on the terms and payment directly in your own contract — we’re not involved in your financial arrangement in any way.
